The Scots have perfected their smooth smoky salmon over hundreds of years and Water Dog delivers to you that same tasty, rich textured salmon to you. Our Scottish-Style Double Smoked Salmon is cured with our own mixture of natural ingredients (no sugar or nitrates) and then cold smoked. Our Scottish-Style  has a smokier finish than our Nova. We hand slice it so it’s almost translucent thin. Perfect to serve on a toast point with some crème fresh or elegantly wrapped around grilled asparagus or cut into a salad. Super smooth.

    I was initially hesitant about ordering Smoked fish, but surprisingly, the “Water dog Scottish-Style Double Smoked Salmon” is the best I’ve ever tasted. The enriching spices were certainly noticeable and contributed to the perfected taste of the Salmon. I plan on being a frequent orderer.
